Recently, I’ve been trying to learn how to create 3D graphics on MacOS for some personal home projects using SketchUp. For personal projects, SketchUp is actually free. I started looking for an affordable 3D graphics app that runs on iOS (especially on the iPad). This is an amazing program. If you're like me and want to make a 3D model as a reference for art, then this is the perfect program. There are tons of options, It's fun and easy to use, and the camera roams freely, which is perfect for drawings in any perspective. You can even change the textures of pretty much anything, which I find very cool. However, despite all these positive things, there's one giant flaw that really upsets me - the fact that you have to upgrade to save your work. I'm sorry, but that one fact alone was enough to make me uninstall the app altogether. I mean, it's fine if the free version has a few more limits, but why do I have to fork over cash to do something as basic as save my work? I was having so much fun until I was met with this unpleasant surprise hen I clicked save. Something about this just seems super unfair, and I think it needs to be fixed. If this gets changed, then I would highly reccomend this software. Until then, I'll go look for something else Languages The app is available for free, but you need to purchase an upgrade via in-app purchase to save your projects. Saved projects can then be shared online or transferred to other devices thanks to the cross-platform combability. Privacy Love what you can do with a simple drawing. Don't know how the software calculate the length of a line but again, I haven't used it enough.
